Return Period

You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This return period complies with the minimum 14-day withdrawal period required by EU consumer protection regulations and exceeds it to ensure your satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items Eligible for Return

The following items can be returned within the specified return period:

• Unused automotive parts in original, unopened packaging
• Bicycle components that have not been installed or modified
• Tools and accessories in resalable condition
• Products with all original documentation and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Installed, used, or modified parts and components
• Custom-ordered or specially manufactured items
• Electrical components that have been connected or installed
• Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging
• Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
• Fluids, lubricants, chemicals, and consumables once opened
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper storage

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

4. Receive return authorization and detailed shipping instructions
5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Please do not send items back without first obtaining return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Product Exchanges

If you need to exchange an automotive or bicycle part for a different size, model, color, or specification, please contact us. We will facilitate the exchange process to ensure you receive the correct component for your needs. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The return is due to our error (wrong item sent, incorrect product description)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns, particularly for:

• Items that require special handling or repackaging
